Shipping policy

We ship orders from Australia and USA. We will do everything we can to ensure a fast and efficient delivery.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for dispatch. It will contain your tracking number. Should you wish to determine the whereabouts of your order, please contact the carrier and quote your tracking number.

  • Location: Orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW, Australia or Lakewood, New Jersey, USA.
  • Carriers: Carrier options may be presented during checkout. These options will differ in price, delivery timeframes and availability of tracking. Alternatively, we may chose the most appropriate carrier based on your order and delivery location. 
  • Cost: Shipping rates, speed and tracking vary depending on the service chosen. The options made available at checkout take into account the weight, dimensions and value of your order. 
  • Dispatch: We ship every weekday (excluding public holidays). All orders received before 12 noon EST/ EDT will usually be dispatched same day, pending stock availability. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day, pending stock availability.
  • Delivery: Estimated delivery timeframes can be calculated via the carrier’s website. 
  • Insurance: Orders will only be replaced where tracking shows the item has not been delivered, after the carrier's investigations are completed.
  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
  • Customs clearance: For orders outside of Australia and USA, delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures in your country. We cannot influence customs procedures in any way. Please contact your country’s customs department for further information.
